1 General Terms

4 Deposit and Withdrawal

egg333 currently accepts the following mobile banking methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (the same for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

egg333 generally completes withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required during the verification process or in cases of unusual activity.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at egg333 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games on the site.

• If a withdrawal is requested after receiving a bonus without placing any wagers, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Weekly Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback applies to the total losses minus total winnings for the week.

6 VIP Program

egg333's VIP program has five tiers in total: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Benefits increase with each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Higher VIP tiers can be reached through regular and active play. egg333 reserves the right to change or adjust VIP benefits, but members will be informed before any changes take effect.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the egg333 platform and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Attempting to earn bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Exploiting any system error or bug for unfair advantage — such incidents must be reported to egg333 immediately.
• Using an account for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Behaving abusively towards platform staff, members, or the support team.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts or stealing their information.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion or match-fixing.

egg333 uses advanced security measures to detect suspicious activity. If fraudulent activity is proven, all winnings will be forfeited.

8 Technical Issues and Liability

8.1 Server and Connection Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection, server downtime, or other technical problems, egg333 will attempt to recover the data for that round. However, egg333 is not responsible for issues with third-party networks or devices.

8.2 Game Errors

If a game shows a clearly incorrect result or unusual payout, egg333 reserves the right to void that round and refund the player's original stake. This policy also applies in cases of system errors from game providers.

8.3 Limitations

egg333 is not liable for any indirect losses, lost opportunities, or losses caused by third parties. For any claim, egg333's maximum liability is limited to the value of that specific transaction.

9 Account Suspension

9.1 Closure Initiated by egg333

egg333 may close any account immediately if any clause of these terms is breached, fraud or deception is detected, or due to legal obligations. In such cases, egg333 is not obliged to state a reason for the closure, though an opportunity to appeal will be provided where appropriate.

9.2 Closure Initiated by the Member

Any member who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw eligible balances will be given before the account is closed; however, any bonuses whose conditions have not been met will be cancelled.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

egg333 follows a separate policy for accounts that have been completely inactive for an extended period. Members will be informed in advance about the definition of inactivity and the steps that follow.
